Rite Track Hires Financial Officer to Head Global Finance and Accounting Group
Darren T. Taulbee named Rite Track CFO

West Chester, OH, November 2, 2009 - Rite Track, Inc., a leading semiconductor equipment supplier based in West Chester, Ohio today announced the hiring of Darren T. Taulbee as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Taulbee comes to Rite Track with over 15 years of experience managing the finances of various companies in North Carolina, Ohio and Michigan. As part of Rite Track’s executive management team, he will provide direction to Rite Track’s global finance and accounting group.

Mr. Taulbee is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Kentucky with degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration, Finance and Economics. His previous experience includes work as CFO for Gray America Corp. in Dayton, a steel company with five operating subsidiaries, and as CFO for Circle S Foods, Inc., an integrated agriculture company in Monroe, North Carolina. Mr. Taulbee has a strong background in cost accounting, inventory control, and IT integration, as well as extensive experience in purchasing, contract negotiations, and acquisitions.
