Rite Track Files Lawsuit to Protect Intellectual Property Rights
Lawsuit Seeks Damages and Injunctive Relief on Software Intellectual Property

West Chester, OH - Rite Track, Inc., based in West Chester, Ohio announced today that it has taken the first step to protect its Intellectual Property Rights on its ARDiMuS® line of advanced software products, which are utilized by customers to enhance the Recipe and Data Management capabilities of the TEL CLEAN TRACK Mark Series product line, manufactured by Tokyo Electron Limited in Japan.

On February 12, 2009, Rite Track filed a complaint for injunctive relief and damages, in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio against Unique Engineering and Consulting Services, LLC and certain individuals believed to have violated Rite Track’s Intellectual Property Rights. The two individuals named in the lawsuit, Jeff Gallant and Henry Knight, are former employees of Rite Track.

Rite Track has invested millions of dollars toward the development of advanced technology to improve the performance of the equipment they support and will vigorously defend their rights in the marketplace.
