Rite Track Announces Major North American Order
Large multi-product order fills all of customers track needs

West Chester, OH - Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, has announced the largest single multi-product order in their history.

"This 12+ system order is the largest single order for Rite Track and combines SVG and TEL systems," said Tom Parish, Vice President of Marketing for Rite Track. “This order also is significant in that it expands the utilization of Rite Track’s product lines more heavily into the bio-medical field”.

The SVG product line, which is owned by Rite Track, and the TEL track systems are both cost effective solutions for 150mm applications. The SVG provides simple serial wafer flow processing while the TEL provides for a compact random-access wafer transfer capability. Both systems offer high reliability, application specific custom features with the service/support history of hundreds of installations.

For confidentiality, the North American-based customer was not named.
