Rite Track Recipe Manager® Major Installation in Asia
Large order automates customers tracks factory wide, being considered for other sites worldwide

West Chester, OH - Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, has announced the largest single order of their exclusive RITE TRACK RECIPE MANAGER® (RTRM) system.

"This 40 + system order is the largest single order for this popular product," said Tom Parish, Vice President of Marketing for Rite Track. “This customer had been testing the RTRM system against a competitive system for several months. The RITE TRACK RECIPE MANAGER won the showdown. The customer is now going fab-wide with this Rite Track solution to add host communication to all of their 88 tracks for critical process monitoring and host level recipe control.”

The RTRM system provides a GUI interface for the 86/88/88e Track Series card cages. An option permits interface to a factory host system for total track process control including lot verification, recipe selection/download, and monitoring of track process parameters, as well as error reporting and host feedback to minimize scrap. The RTRM is available as a retrofit to any Rite Track compliant 86/88/88e track system.

For confidentiality, the Asia-based customer was not named.
