TEL WEE Unit Repairs and Refurbishments Available
Expanded services available from Rite Track

West Chester, OH - The Wafer Edge Exposure (WEE) Unit for the TEL Clean Track Mark Series, used to selectively expose photoresist at the edge of a wafer, can now be fully refurbished at Rite Track’s factory in Ohio.

The WEE unit is a common part of TEL Mark Series coater/developer systems. This unit, which uses high-energy mercury-arc lamps as a light source, can be returned to like-new performance specifications with appropriate optical, UV lamp house and electrical system upgrades. Rite Track has developed the test bench, equipment and procedures to offer multiple levels of both repairs and enhancement upgrades to WEE units in TEL Mark Vz, Mark 7 and Mark 8 systems. Complete WEE Unit exchange programs are also available for specific model units.

Ken Burger, Vice President of Operations, said “We have added the TEL Mark WEE Unit to our already extensive list of major assemblies and modules that Rite Track can fully refurbish for customers.
