The TEL Main Arm Teaching Pendant
Available exclusively from Rite Track

West Chester, OH - The Main Arm Teaching Pendant for the TEL Clean Track Mark Series, available exclusively from RITE TRACK, was formally introduced at Semicon West, 2007. A live demonstration that included hands on operation by interested attendees.

The hand-held, touch screen controlled Main Arm Teaching Pendant permits calibration of the TEL Clean Track Mark Series main arm x, y, z, and theta positions by only one person rather than the two people normally required. This not only reduces the number of people dedicated entirely to the recalibration of the main arm, but it reduces the total calibration time to less than half.

The ease of operation is enhanced by the fact that the tool exactly matches the TEL arm teaching criteria and it automatically learns the current tool configuration and arm calibration parameters. It isn’t necessary for the trained engineer to learn anything new or to start the calibration at baseline.”
“Single person control, eliminates communication errors,” remarked Rite Track’s Director of Marketing, John Noyes. “The Teaching Pendant can be used in wireless or wired mode and is completely portable, permitting its use on every Mark system in a fab. Calibration and full system re-initialization can be done directly from the teaching pendant.”
