Rite Track Releases ARDiMuS^® BU for TEL Mark data back-up

West Chester, OH - Rite Track has announced the availability of the Advanced Recipe and Data Management Back-Up System (ARDiMuS^® BU) and the optional “Rite Track Mountain” secure off-site server for protected back-up of all TEL Mark Series track software.

John Noyes, Director of Marketing, stated, "The ARDiMuS^® BU is used to back-up and restore Mark series data. The original ARDiMuS^® system is a full recipe management system for a single TEL Mark track, while a single ARDiMuS^® BU is used to back-up all data from all TEL Mark systems in a fab. Alarm files can be saved locally - no more losing critical history information when track disk is full and overwrites previous events.

The ARDiMuS^® BU will allow complete back-up of Machine Data, Wafer Flow/Recipe Data, Alarm Log Files, or the entire drive for Automatic Rebuild. ARDiMuS BU provides fast, reliable and secure back-up of all of your valuable TEL Mark V/Vz/7/8 software. All of your track system and recipe information is saved on a state of the art Ultra Portable Notebook Computer. Files on each Mark system can be easily viewed, copied and restored. The optional Rite Track Mountain remote server provides an additional level of back-up and security to your valuable data.
