Rite Track Ships ARDiMuS™

West Chester, OH - Rite Track announced today that it has shipped their ARDiMuS system to several US customers, and has a significant backlog of other systems.

This follows the introduction and demonstration of ARDiMuS at Semicon West 2006.

John Noyes, Rite Track Director of Marketing, said “Since our introduction of the ARDiMuS™ system at Semicon West, we have had a lot of inquiries. The Mark series data and recipe management functions make a great product by themselves. The fact that ARDiMuS also enhances the functionality of existing tracks with its in-situ data monitoring and analysis make it a key product enhancement for all Mark tracks.

Among ARDiMuS™ many features are auto configuration, wafer history, password protection, and data back up. The ARDIMuS™ external signal monitoring can include signals that would not normally be monitored by the Mark Series tracks.

The ARDiMuS™ will be shown again at Semicon West 2007, along with a new, related, product. Visit us at booth 6570.
