Rite Track Announces Agreement Expansion with TEL

West Chester, OH - Rite Track, a leading provider of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the completion of an agreement expansion with Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL).

This expansion of an agreement reached in July of 2003 adds the Certified/Refurbished TEL CLEAN TRACK ACT 8 into the family of TEL CLEAN TRACK Mark products sold and serviced by Rite Track. The ACT 8 expansion covers the U.S. territory.

Rite Track is the authorized supplier of certified/refurbished TEL CLEAN TRACK MARK Vz and TEL CLEAN TRACK MARK 7/8 track systems as well as providing parts and service for Rite Track supplied TEL systems. This agreement further enhances Rite Track's position in the market with the inclusion of TEL’s world-leading 200mm track system.
