Tim Hayden, President and CEO of Rite Track, announces the promotion of three people to the position of Vice President of their respective departments.
Tom Parish was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tom Hayden was promoted to Vice President of Administrative Services, and Ron Filzen was promoted to Vice President of Field Operations. All report to Tim Hayden.
Mr. Parish will be responsible not only for the primary duty of overseeing all Sales and Marketing functions, but will have the added tasks of new business development, brokerage sales and all other sales related activities for the company worldwide. He will also drive a program of uniform practices and procedures throughout the global Sales and Marketing efforts.
Mr. Filzen will continue to provide leadership and direction for the worldwide technical service activities of the company. In addition to those duties he will oversee the operations of all Rite Track International offices.
Mr. Hayden will manage administrative support functions and provide general supervision for the human resources program. This includes management of the technical training functions, OSHA training and reporting requirements and required safety programs, career development, the Information Technology department, property and liability insurances, general legal services, and a program of facility maintenance and security.
