Rite Track to Introduce Sibercon™ Fluid Temperature Control Systems

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the introduction of its Sibercon™ fluid temperature control systems.

The Sibercon™ line consists of four different Environmentally Friendly products covering a large range of fluid temperature control needs. These systems have been used for plasma etch and other products that require precise temperature regulation.

Tom Parish, Director of Sales and Marketing remarked, “This is another wonderful product for Rite Track. These systems have a very large range of control, going from -65°C to 200°C with great accuracy.”.

The design of these controllers is based on the preferred liquid temperature controller for single wafer process systems, with over 10 years of proven performance and outstanding reliability.
