Rite Track Introduces AEROMATE™ Temperature / Humidity Control Products

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the introduction of the new Aeromate™ line of air temperature and humidity controllers.

The Aeromate™ product line features three different series with flow ranges from 120 cfm to 2200 cfm. This makes them suitable for single module level or full system level control. The range of control is 20-27ºC with 40-50% RH.

The Aeromate™ is based on an industry proven design, known for more than 20 years for outstanding reliability and performance. The system uses environmentally safe refrigerants and is S2 compliant.
