Rite Track Acquires SemiSurplus.com

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the acquisition of on-line equipment broker SemiSurplus.com, effective December 1, 2005.

"We are very excited about this transaction,” said Tim Hayden, President and CEO of Rite Track. “SemiSurplus.com has established themselves as one of the more reliable brokers in the business. This acquisition gives us yet another source for the components we use in our business and provides us with more flexibility in our daily operations. It is key to our servicing of our expanding customer base.”

Mr. Hayden added, “Although SemiSurplus.com will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rite Track, there are no plans to restrict their operation. They will continue to service their customer base as they always have done.”

All operations of SemiSurplus.com will be incorporated into the Rite Track headquarters building within the next 6 months.
