Tim Hayden to be Keynote Speaker at "Lower Your Risk" Seminar, SEMICON Japan

Tim Hayden, President and CEO of Rite Track and current president of SEC/N® (Surplus Equipment Consortium / Network), will be the keynote speaker at an upcoming Semicon Japan educational seminar entitled “Surplus Semiconductor Equipment Business Seminar-Lower Your Risk.”

Mr. Hayden said, “Rite Track has long been aware of the issues customers face in purchasing used equipment, and the reputation a few bad vendors can give the used equipment industry. This seminar is part of an educational series that will help the users of any secondary market (used) capital equipment and services to fully understand, and thus be able to minimize or even eliminate, the risks in purchasing this equipment."

The seminar will be divided into three parts; Part 1 will help the attendee understand the risks of doing business in the secondary market, Part 2 will show ways to use the information from the lessons learned to lower the risk of secondary market transactions, and Part 3 will be a question and answer session with a panel comprised of knowledgeable representatives from across the industry. Other speakers will include Gary Alexander, Executive Director of SEC/N; Bharat Kulkarni, Chief Marketing Officer, GE Commercial Finance; and Barrie VanDevender, VP of Sales and Marketing, Axus Technology, VP of SEC/N.
