Rite Track Announces Large RITE TRACK RECIPE MANAGER® System Order

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the largest single order of their exclusive RITE TRACK RECIPE MANAGER® (RTRM) system.

"This sixteen system order is the largest single order for this unique product," said Tom Parish, Director of Sales and Marketing for Rite Track. “This customer had been using the RTRM system with the optional host interface for several years. They are now going fab-wide with this upgrade.”

The RTRM system provides a GUI interface for the 86/88/88e Track Series card cages. An option permits interface to a factory host system, giving the factory engineers total track process control, including lot verification, recipe selection and download, and all track process parameters. The RTRM is available as a retrofit to any Rite Track compliant 86/88/88e track system.

The US based customer has asked not to be named.
