Rite Track To Ship 90-S DUV Track System

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced it has taken a major order for a deep UV (DUV) 90-S system.

The system that will be shipped was designed from the beginning for DUV processing, not just adapted.”

The customer fab is located in the eastern USA. The customer is not named for confidentiality reasons.
