Rite Track, a leading provider of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the completion of a multiyear agreement with Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL).
This expansion of an agreement reached in July of 2003 includes multiyear terms and increased territory responsibilities. The territory covered by this agreement includes: all member States of the European Union and Switzerland; Russia; Israel; North America including The United States of America, Canada, and Mexico; Central and South America; Australia; and, subject to prior approval of TEL on a case-by-case basis, Asia.
Rite Track is the authorized supplier of remanufactured TEL CLEAN TRACK MARK Vz and TEL CLEAN TRACK MARK 7/8 track systems as well as parts and service for Rite Track supplied systems in these territories. This agreement further enhances Rite Track's position in the market and ensures the company will remain one of the industry's largest track suppliers.
