Rite Track and netMercury Announce Distributor Agreement

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the signing of an agreement with netMercury that authorizes netMercury as a distributor of Rite Track 8X and 9X spare parts for netMercury’s Supply Chain and Inventory Management customers.

Tim Hayden, President and CEO of Rite Track said, "This is a win-win for both parties. netMercury can focus on their core business of supply chain management, and Rite Track will provide our outstanding spare parts services to netMercury and to their former customers."

“netMercury’s business model focuses on cooperative agreements with original equipment makers (OEMs) and original parts makers (OPMs) as sources for our supply chain and inventory management activities rather than independently branded parts. Now that Rite Track has full rights to the 8X and 9X series parts they can provide the service our customers have learned to expect from us. We can devote our efforts to our ASCM business model,” added Terry Hollingshead, President and CEO of netMercury.
