Rite Track Announces Support Readiness

ASML announced today that its Track operations, based in San Jose, California, will be discontinued as of December 2002 and that it is taking steps to continue servicing their customers. (see www.asml.com)

In the meantime, Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEM's and thin film head industries, reiterated that it is staffed, trained and ready to provide continuing support to SVG/ASML track products worldwide.

Tim Hayden, President and CEO of Rite Track stated that "Rite Track is committed to this market and we stand ready to support our customers. Our worldwide support organization has extensive training and experience with SVG/ASML track products and we stock the spare parts needed to support the installed base. This has been our core business since the company was founded and we do not intend to abandon it.”
