Host Communication Capability with the Improved RTRM®

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, announces the availability of Host Communications with the RITE TRACK Recipe Manager System for Rite Track and SVG compliant 8X track systems.

The Host Communications software option works with the Rite Track Recipe Manager System to provide SECSII messaging from card cage alarms, digital signals, analog signals, and serial information. The user defined information can be transmitted to the fab host computer for full decision making ability.

The improved RITE TRACK Recipe Manager System enables FULL card cage recipe upload and download via a serial port connection. Other improvements include improved security and a more intuitive recipe development screen.

The Rite Track Host Communication system debuted at Semicon West/2002. The host system is an extension of the improved RITE TRACK Recipe Manager and is available on new Rite Track supplied systems, or is available as a retrofit for all Rite Track or SVG compliant Rite Track 88e /88/86 track system.
