Rite Track Announces Factory Based Technical Services Team

Rite Track, a leading manufacturer of track systems for the semiconductor, MEMS and thin film head industries, today announced the formation of a factory based Technical Services Team.

"There are many benefits to be derived from the factory based team. The most important is RESPONSE to customers and bringing a faster resolution to technical issues, by having a customer focused and dedicated group of people at the factory” according to Ron Filzen, Director of Technical Services.

After the formation of the team new member Eric Goldick commented, “With the new Technical Services Team, Rite Track can rapidly respond to our customers ever changing needs.”

Al Davenport will lead the factory-based team as the Supervisor of Technical Services. Eric Goldick and Tom Slavik are Tactical Support Engineers and Julio Mendoza will be filling the role of Technical Support Engineer. The newly formed team, with more than 70 years of track experience, further compliments our existing field service organization.
