Tim Hayden - President/CEO

Timothy B. (Tim) Hayden founded Rite Track in 1993 and serves as its President and CEO. Tim is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and held various technical and senior management positions at Cincinnati Milacron and Silicon Valley Group (SVG) prior to starting Rite Track. Tim has over twenty five years of semiconductor industry experience working for end users and equipment suppliers. He is a past President and Board Member of SECN (Surplus Equipment Consortium Network) and a current senior member of the Semiconductor Equipment Rebuilders Alliance and serves as the President of the Jeffrey Thomas Hayden Foundation, as well as being active in his community.

Darren Taulbee - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Darren Taulbee comes to Rite Track with over 15 years of experience managing the finances of various companies in North Carolina, Ohio and Michigan. As part of Rite Track’s executive management team, he will provide direction to Rite Track’s global finance and accounting group. Darren is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Kentucky with degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration, Finance and Economics. His previous experience includes work as CFO for Gray America Corp. in Dayton, a steel company with five operating subsidiaries, and as CFO for Circle S Foods, Inc., an integrated agriculture company in Monroe, North Carolina. Mr. Taulbee has a strong background in cost accounting, inventory control, and IT integration, as well as extensive experience in purchasing, contract negotiations, and acquisitions.

Brian Renner - Vice President of Sales

Brian Renner serves as the company’s Vice President of Worldwide Sales with responsibility to lead Rite Track’s worldwide sales team including management of direct sales employees and independent representatives. Brian joined Rite Track in early 2009. He brings a history of success leading worldwide sales teams, leveraging a diverse sales management background with industry OEMs, in-depth industry knowledge, and strong industry relationships.

As a 20+ year veteran of the Semiconductor Industry, Brian has held executive management positions at several semiconductor industry-leading companies such as Varian, CVC, Therma-Wave/KLA, and venture-backed start-ups. Throughout his career, Brian has played key management roles expanding sales operations resulting in higher sales revenue, product value, & market share.

John Noyes - Chief Technical Officer and Director of Product Marketing

John Noyes serves as both Rite Track's Chief Technical Officer as well as the Director of Product Marketing.

John has worked in the Semiconductor Industry since 1983, holding various applications and product management positions at key semiconductor industry leading companies such as SSI, SVG and ASML. Prior to Rite Track, John was the Senior Product Marketing Manager for ASML Track Division, managing a staff of engineers and acting as the technical consultant for Scanner/Track productivity improvements. Prior to ASML’s acquisition of SVG, John Noyes filled various product management roles in his 12 year tenure with SVG, rising to Director of Product Marketing for the Track System Division. Prior to SVG, Mr. Noyes worked for General Signal’s Semiconductor Systems Unit in Product Management and Applications roles. His technical background includes training from the U.S. Navy in Electronics Technology and from Arizona State University in Chemistry.

John is a transplant to Ohio from California where he lived for over 20 years. His wife and two sons joined John on the move to the Mid-West.

Ken Burger - Vice President of Operations

Kenneth D. Burger serves as the company’s Vice President of Operations with overall responsibility of manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, inventory and logistics. He also serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Ken is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ken held various technical and management positions while working sixteen years for the Cinergy Corporation.

Along with his technical skills, Ken has a strong presence of organizational and leadership skills. He joined Rite Track in 1996 as the Director of Operations and was promoted to Vice President in 2004. Ken is an avid golfer and has spent many years coaching intramural youth athletics.

Ron Filzen - Vice President of Field Operations

Ronald J. Filzen serves as the companies Vice President of Field Operations, with overall responsibility of worldwide field service, technical support and training. He is one of the company owners and serves on the Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Northwestern Technical College, has been in the Semiconductor Industry for over 38 years and in various field service positions since 1976. He has held positions at several semiconductor industry leading companies, such as Perkin Elmer and Silicon Valley Group.

Ron joined Rite Track in 1994 as the Director of Field Service and was responsible for building the service organization.  He was promoted to Vice President in 2006 and has expanded his area of responsibility to include technical support and training. He also is responsible for overseeing Rite Track's brokerage operation (SemiSurplus). Ron is involved with his church and has held positions on the Parish Council as a member and president. He is active in the outdoors, enjoying time in Northern MN fishing, hunting and other outdoor activities.

Tom Hayden - Vice President of Administrative Services

Thomas Hayden began his involvement with Rite Track in 1994 as a minority owner and joined the firm as a full time employee in 1996, serving as the HR Director and Facilities Manager. His current responsibilities include Information Technology, Human Resources, Facilities Management and all Legal and Insurance services. He was promoted to Vice President in 2006 and is a member of the Board of Directors, serving also as the company Secretary.

Tom has a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati, an M.Ed. from Xavier University in Cincinnati and a Ph.D. from Miami University Oxford, Ohio and was an Adjunct Professor at Xavier University, Graduate School. He completed a successful career as a teacher of Chemistry and Biology, Assistant Principal, Principal and finally as the Superintendent of the Lakota School District, retiring from the public sector in 1994. Tom is very active in a variety of community activities and served as a West Chester Township Trustee from 1996-1999.

Tom Parish - Vice President of Marketing

Tom Parish serves as the company’s Vice President of Marketing with overall responsibility for corporate marketing functions worldwide. He is a Graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BS in Business Administration. Prior to joining Rite Track, Tom worked for over a decade in the packaging industry in various sales and marketing leadership roles and as a supplier to Rite Track. Since joining Rite Track in June of 2000, Tom quickly assumed sales management responsibilities and was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in March 2002 and then Vice President of Marketing in June 2006.

Since his hire, Tom’s leadership in sales and marketing has led to unprecedented capital sales growth for Rite Track by building a team of product and sales experts to focus on product diversification, relationship selling strategies, and leveraging Rite Track’s use of the Internet for our quote and support processes. Outside of Rite Track, Tom stays involved with his church. He enjoys time spent with his family and coaching his children’s soccer teams.

Adrian Chew - Managing Director of Rite Track Asia

In 2004, Adrian Chew Soon Tok joined the Rite Track team and serves as Managing Director of Rite Track Asia. He has over 25 years of management experience ranging from textile industries to food manufacturing, and most currently in the trading environment of semiconductors. Adrian is responsible for overseeing all of Rite Track Asia's projects and forming quality relationships with Asian companies. Adrian's extensive knowledge of the industry and Singaporean nationality make him an expert of the Asian business market.  Adrian received both his Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and Master's in Business Administration for the University of Hull located in the United Kingdom.

Recently Adrian has become actively involved with a professional organization called the Singapore Institute of Directors. Away from the office, Adrian spends the majority of his time with his wife and four sons and also enjoys swimming, nature-walking and working on his golf swing.

Thomas Maier - GM Rite Track Europe GmbH, Director European Operations

Thomas Maier serves as the General Manager for Rite Track Europe GmbH. He is responsible for overseeing all of the European Operations. Thomas has been with Rite Track Europe for almost ten years. Beginning as a Senior Sales and Service Engineer, moving to Regional Manager and in 2003 moved to his current position, Thomas has made huge contributions for Rite Track internationally.

Prior to joining Rite Track, Thomas served in the German army, worked as an automobile electrician and a field service engineer for the Silicon Valley Group in Germany and The Netherlands. Thomas received his electrical engineer certification from a German technical college, Techniker Schule Stuffgart, Germany, Staatlich geprüfter Techniker. He also holds a Technical Operations degree, Technischer Betriebswirt (IHK) from the Chamber of Trade and Commerce (IHK) Heidenheim, Germany. When Thomas is away from the office his interests are in history and politics and he likes to stay active outdoors by paragliding and skiing.

Brad Yano - Director of Customer Support

Mr. Brad Yano joined Rite Track in 2003 and took on the role of Manager of Customer Service for the Western Region. He manages our office in San Jose and serves as a Director of Rite Track Asia. He was instrumental in the start up of this entity and continues to oversee and support the Service efforts in the area. Currently Brad has taken on the role of directing the overall efforts of our spare parts and equipment enhancement programs. Prior to joining Rite Track, Brad served as a Vice President of SVG/ASML’s Track Division Technical Services group in San Jose. In his 15+ year career at SVG/ASML he served in a variety of technical and management positions, in both domestic and international based functions. Brad is a United States Navy veteran where he received his electronics training and certification.
